Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Konica Minolta office products is highly preferred.
• Experience servicing and maintaining office printing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and respond to customer service requests in accordance with SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues relating to Konica Minolta office products.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electromechanical components.
• Install, remove, retrofit, and configure equipment; perform software loads and updates.
• Use remote resolution and monitoring tools to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Manage service calls, inventory at locations and document equipment status.
