Technical Service & Maintenance

• Provide technical support and respond to customer service requests in accordance with agreed SLA requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to assigned Konica Minolta office products.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Carry out technical diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical components.
• Use appropriate diagnostic tools, including a multi-meter, to identify and resolve electrical faults.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to support effective troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform equipment installation, removal, retrofit, and configuration activities.
• Execute software loads, updates, and configuration as required.
• Utilize remote resolution and monitoring tools to support efficient issue resolution.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are completed safely and to the required quality standards.

Customer Service & Support

• Act as a primary technical contact for assigned customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional and responsive service while managing customer expectations.
• Manage service calls effectively and ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLA timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment status.
• Manage the inventory of assigned work locations and ensure required parts and materials are available.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the field support team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to other team members on equipment repair procedures and best practices.
• Support the team in resolving complex technical issues when required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and equipment service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Previous experience in the servicing and maintenance of office printing equipment is preferred.
• Experience with Konica Minolta office products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to use a multi-meter for electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Good knowledge of computers, networks, colour theory, and relevant software applications.
• Strong analytical, logical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
