Job summary

Ghobashgroup is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join our Print Services team in Dubai. You will install, configure, and maintain high-volume print works across major OEM brands, diagnosing hardware, software, and print-quality issues on customer sites while ensuring service excellence.

You will perform preventive maintenance, handle PM visits, and provide on-site and remote support with a focus on first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• OEM certifications from Fujifilm, Kyocera, HP, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, or Canon are strongly preferred.
• 3–6 years of field service experience in office or commercial print machines with fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission print machines and MFDs at customer sites per OEM standards.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and print quality issues on-site and remotely.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring high CSAT.
• Record accurate job sheets and service reports, and maintain equipment status in CRM.
