Responsibilities

• Plan the day: review CRM data, identify overdue follow-ups, prioritize accounts, assign hotels to field teams.
• Manage the day: track coverage, identify new objections and hot leads, ensure data quality in CRM.
• Ensure follow-through: log meaningful interactions, escalate hot leads, capture next actions with owners and dates.
• Close the day: produce a daily Plan vs. Actual summary and priorities for next day.
