Job summary

Thales Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Field Logistic Representative to coordinate all logistics activities for the RAFALE program in the UAE. You will ensure asset availability while complying with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements, acting as the primary logistics interface between the customer, local stakeholders and Thales support teams.

The role demands strong experience in logistics operations, international shipping, inventory control and repair/logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Support.
• Experience in international transportation and import/export.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of French or Arabic as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, delivery and acceptance of customer equipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, equipment consumption and stock availability.
• Identify shortages and report risks to the Team Leader.
• Coordinate repair, overhaul and warranty return logistics.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs authorities.
• Monitor logistics performance and provide reports.
• Support customers by resolving logistics issues and communicating clearly.
