Job summary

Air Arabia in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Logistics Support role to assist day-to-day operations involving aircraft spares, tools, and materials. You will ensure shipment execution, documentation accuracy, and tracking while coordinating with internal teams and external service providers under the guidance of the Logistics Supervisor.

The role requires attention to detail, English fluency, and readiness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Understanding of air cargo operations (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling import, export, cross-trade, courier, and local deliveries of aircraft parts and consumables.
• Support coordination of routine, urgent, and AOG shipments as per operational requirements.
• Track shipments and follow up with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate shipment execution in line with supervisor instructions.
