Job summary

Kitopi is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and manage IT systems and infrastructure for its Cloud Kitchen operations in Dubai. You will align IT with business goals, oversee system security, vendor management, and disaster recovery, delivering high‑performing services.

Provide on‑site support for POS, printers, networks, CCTV, and laptops; perform routine maintenance; install and configure hardware/software; troubleshoot issues; document configurations and calls; and train

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, preferably in hospitality or F&B environments.
• Troubleshooting POS systems, printers, LAN/Wi‑Fi, CCTV, and end‑user devices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows; basic Linux is a plus.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site IT support for restaurants and Cloud Kitchens (POS, printers, networks, CCTV, laptops).
• Perform routine maintenance checks to keep systems fully operational.
• Install and configure hardware/software based on operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and configurations.
• Communicate with staff to assess IT issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Offer basic training on IT systems and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams with interim workarounds.
• Travel between multiple sites and respond to emergency support during hours.
