Field-Based Collections Specialist – UAE Credit Control

Job summary

KONE is seeking a Collections Specialist for its Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi offices. You will manage credit control, invoicing efficiency, and dispute resolution with internal teams and customers, reporting to the Head of Finance. About 75% of activities are field-based across the UAE.

Ideal candidates hold a finance degree, have solid experience in corporate collections, and are proficient with Excel and English. UAE driving license and local work experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required.
• Proven experience in high-volume corporate field collections.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash processes, billing and collections.
• Accounts receivable experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, review adjustments and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including calls, adjustments, reconciliations and credit memos.
• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and management to accelerate collection processes.
• Communicate with sales regarding accounts on a timely basis.
• Build cooperative relationships with dealers and sales teams.
