Job summary

KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is seeking a Collections Specialist based in the UAE, with 75% field-based duties. You will drive credit control processes, manage AR, and collaborate across internal teams and customers to minimize risk and recover arrears.

A finance background and strong English communication are required. This role reports to the Head of Finance and focuses on invoicing efficiency, dispute resolution, and applying KONE’s credit policies to ensure timely repayments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance.
Proven experience in high-volume corporate field collections.
Knowledge of order-to-cash processes, billing and collections.
Accounts receivable experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Valid UAE driving license and UAE work experience are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, review adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including calls, adjustments, write-offs, reconciliations, and credit memos.
Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
Perform tasks to support Accounts Receivable.
Coordinate with sales and management to accelerate collections.
Communicate with sales on customer accounts in a timely manner.
Maintain relationships with dealers and sales teams.
