KONE is hiring a Collections Specialist to support credit control and collections for the UAE region, based in Dubai Sharjah and Abu Dhabi offices. The role focuses on invoicing efficiency, dispute resolution with internal teams and customers, and reporting to minimize losses while ensuring timely repayments.

The ideal candidate has a finance background, proven high-volume collections experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, review account adjustments and resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts including customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Perform other tasks to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
• Enlist sales and senior management efforts to accelerate the collection process when necessary.
• Communicate with the sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with dealers and sales teams.

KONE Middle East Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase expanding its direct presence in seven regions. To support our growth plans we are looking for a Collections Specialist with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset to be based in our Dubai Sharjah and Abu Dhabi offices.

In this role the successful candidate will be an expert in the Credit Control and Collection process responsible for invoicing efficiency and reporting and managing dispute resolution with internal teams and customers within the Service Business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in executing KONEs customer credit management activities. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for implementing KONEs credit policies to maintain an acceptable level of risk ensure timely repayments minimize losses and economically collect arrears.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of being a go-getter possessing a creative mindset and strong commercial acumen.

Please note that 75% of your activities will be field-based.
