Sahara Smiles Polyclinic in Dubai is seeking a proactive tele sales representative to engage prospects and convert inquiries into appointments.

You will manage leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and online ads, explain available offers, and maintain daily conversion reports while coordinating with the clinic team to ensure attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in tele sales, customer service, lead generation or healthcare is preferred.
• Good computer skills and the ability to work towards targets.
• A positive attitude and professional telephone manner.
