Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development, capture, or defense-industry experience.
• Demonstrated success capturing large-scale DoD training or simulation opportunities.
• Strong understanding of DoD requirements, acquisition, and budgeting/POM processes.
• Ability to transition emerging defense technology into funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive C2 business development strategy aligned with corporate growth goals.
• Own the C2 military training pipeline and bookings plan, including forecasting and win strategy.
• Shape and influence requirements early in the acquisition cycle to align customer needs with Red 6 capabilities.
• Manage the full business development lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior military operational leaders and acquisition offices.
• Develop partnership and ecosystem strategies, including recommendations on teaming or integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive leadership.
• Deliver accurate weekly staff updates and pipeline forecasts to executive leadership.
