Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an senior leader to interface with FDIC leadership and align capabilities with mission needs in a Federal Civilian context. You will develop relationships with decision-makers, drive program execution, and guide the capture and growth lifecycle across multiple endeavors, including travel to customer sites as needed.

The role requires a depth of Federal leadership experience, with a proven ability to shape organizational capabilities to client requirements and deliver

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive Federal Civilian leadership experience.
Ability to obtain relevant FDIC clearances.
Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution.

Responsibilities

Interface with FDIC leadership to align GDIT capabilities with mission needs.
Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
Strengthen alignment of GDIT organizational capabilities to client needs.
Lead program teams to develop a collaborative team culture.
Provide leadership across the new business development lifecycle.
Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle.
