Job Purpose

The Fashion Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience by assisting customers with product selection, styling advice, and fashion recommendations. The role supports store sales performance, maintains visual merchandising standards, and ensures smooth daily store operations in line with brand standards.

Roles and responsibilities

1.Customer Experience

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and styling advice.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and promotions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and energetic store environment.

2.Sales & Store Performance

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote current offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals to customers.
• Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.
• Maintain product knowledge on current fashion trends and merchandise.

3.Visual Merchandising

• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Replenish stocks on the sales floor and maintain product presentation.
• Assist in arranging displays, mannequins, and promotional setups.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

4.Inventory & Stock Support

• Assist in receiving deliveries and replenishing stocks.
• Support stock counts and inventory checks when required.
• Report low stock levels or damaged items to management.
• Ensure proper handling of merchandise to minimize loss and damage.

5.Teamwork & Operations

• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily operational goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
• Support store operations during promotions, sales events, and peak periods.
• Attend training sessions and continuously develop product and customer service knowledge.
