Middle East's one of the largest retail group is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our fashion retail store in Dubai. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong operational expertise, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage P&L, inventory, and team performance while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in large format fashion retail.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Strong P&L management skills and deep understanding of all key retail KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, loss prevention, and Stock management.
• Excellent communication, Store leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
• Strong operational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of Fashion Retail Trends.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team to deliver top-tier customer service and achieve sales targets
• Drive store performance by managing daily operations, analyzing sales data and action plans
• Own P&L, controllable expenses, wage costs and margin protection
• Oversee inventory management including stock replenishment, shrink control, cycle counts and loss prevention
• Ensure brand standards across visual merchandising, product presentation, signage and store ambiance
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues to protect brand reputation
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align store initiatives with brand strategy
• Create and manage staffing schedules for peak periods and promotions
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership
