Job summary

Elie Saab is seeking a Fashion Advisor to contribute to store sales by delivering remarkable client service and maintaining premium merchandising standards.

You will promote high service levels, assist clients, and support VIP events while upholding policies and maximizing cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Promote high customer service standards throughout the shopping experience
• Attend to customer needs
• Actively seek inputs from customers and address complaints to reinforce service standards
• Gather information and organize records on customer preferences and buying behavior and provide feedback
• Update clients on upcoming events
• Inform clients on policies and procedures to ensure transparency; including refund and exchange policies
• Provide support in VIP events and ensure proper follow up with clients
• Meet and maximize cross selling & up selling sales targets
• Adhere to standards of operations
• Support the manager in achieving the Boutique’s goal
• Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sales process
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise, display and visual merchandising standards to maintain the brand’s image
• Process cash register operations from opening to close and protect company assets
• Support in efficient cost allocation by optimally using Boutique products

Customer Service

• Attend to customer needs

• Gather information and organize records on customer preferences and buying behavior and provide proper feedback and tendencies.

• Ensure a proper replenishment of merchandise, display and visual merchandising standards to maintain the brand’s image
• Process accurately and efficiently cash register operations from opening to close and protect company assets
• Support in efficient cost allocation by optimally using Boutique products and not exceeding availability

Position Requirements

• Education Background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six to eight years of experience in the high‐end retail fashion industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English)
• High customer centricity
• Team oriented with proper conflict management skills
