Job summary

Business Umbrella is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Facility Officer to manage day-to-day facility operations in Sharjah. You will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, security and utilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role requires coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance with technicians and vendors, tracking service contracts in SAP, and maintaining asset and inventory records while upholding health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Facility Officer.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Good knowledge of facility and building maintenance operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Candidates currently in the UAE only.
