About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated on-site team of 12 staff members, ensuring smooth coordination with subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing facilities in the UAE.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems).
• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu (to effectively communicate with staff and subcontractors).
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations in the UAE.
