Job summary

AiFi Technologies LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance programs, and infrastructure within a manufacturing facility. You will coordinate maintenance, supervise staff, manage vendor contracts, and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, coordination, project management, and budget-monitoring skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.

The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supervising staff, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance & Operations: Oversee the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems. Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure facilities comply with applicable health, safety, fire protection, and local regulatory requirements.
• Staff & Vendor Management: Supervise maintenance, facilities, and housekeeping personnel. Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Budget & Project Management: Monitor facility maintenance budgets, control operational expenses, and coordinate facility improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
• Manufacturing Facility Support: Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure uninterrupted facility operations, utilities, and infrastructure availability.
