Job summary

Careers International seeks a proactive Facility Maintenance Engineer for our UAE client's retail facility management team. The role focuses on MEP systems, HVAC maintenance, and efficient facility operations across sites.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of UAE retail FM experience, strong HVAC knowledge (Chiller, DX units), and be proficient with AutoCAD for basic drawings. Safety and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of Retail Facility Management experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chiller and DX units.
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating with AMC service providers.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for basic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review MEP drawings and technical specifications to ensure project requirements.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor maintenance activities and ensure quality standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including Chiller and DX units.
• Coordinate with AMC contractors to ensure PPM schedules are executed on time.
• Monitor maintenance works and ensure safety and operational standards.

We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our client's retail facility management team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MEP systems, HVAC maintenance, and facility operations, ensuring the efficient maintenance and performance of retail facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review MEP drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor maintenance activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including Chiller and DX units.
• Coordinate and follow up with AMC contractors to ensure Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules are executed on time.
• Monitor facility maintenance works and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Prepare and update basic technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance-related activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and health & safety standards.

RequirementsQualifications
