Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor technical teams to ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to operational standards.
• Coordinate daily facility maintenance activities across building systems, mechanical equipment, and warehouse infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain asset performance management metrics and ensure compliance with operational performance indicators.
• Collaborate with safety teams and site leadership to implement safety procedures, compliance programs, and risk prevention strategies.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and operational uptime within the fulfillment center.
• Plan workforce schedules, technical coverage, and training programs to maintain continuous operational support during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate facility improvement projects and assist with regional engineering or maintenance initiatives when required.
• Manage vendor contracts, including annual maintenance agreements, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.
• Oversee maintenance supervisors and technicians, establishing clear operational goals and training plans.
• Support site operations by ensuring material handling equipment, conveyors, and automation systems remain operational.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, automation engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in facilities management, maintenance engineering, or industrial facility operations.
• Experience analyzing maintenance performance data, asset management systems, and spare parts optimization.
• Strong understanding of industrial mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, automation equipment, and robotics systems.
• Experience working with material handling systems such as conveyors, packaging machinery, and warehouse automation.
