Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance teams to ensure tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational standards.
• Manage daily maintenance activities for building infrastructure, material handling equipment, and automated warehouse systems.
• Monitor asset performance management metrics, ensuring operational equipment meets performance and reliability targets.
• Support safety compliance initiatives by working with safety teams to implement and audit site safety programs.
• Implement preventative maintenance plans to maximize equipment availability and operational uptime.
• Organize workforce coverage and technical training programs to ensure sufficient support during operational shifts.
• Coordinate facility improvement initiatives and support regional engineering projects when assigned.
• Oversee vendor maintenance contracts, ensuring service providers meet required service level agreements.
• Manage maintenance supervisors and technicians while setting operational priorities and team performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical procedures, and company maintenance policies across facility operations.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, automation engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in facilities management, maintenance engineering, or industrial facility operations.
• Experience analyzing maintenance program data, including asset management and spare parts optimization.
• Knowledge of automated systems such as conveyors, packaging machinery, robotics, and material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with facility maintenance tools, systems, and operational maintenance procedures.
