Job summary

EWEC (Emirates Water and Electricity Company) is seeking a Specialist – Facilities Management to supervise office services, including facility management, reception, administration, transportation and general services, ensuring a safe environment.

The role involves leading a team, coordinating with HSE/ BCM, and managing contracts with third parties, while aligning with EWEC’s strategic goals and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of facility management and general services experience.
• Experience in office administration, procurement, and contractor management.
• Ability to lead teams and work with HSE/ BCM.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and ensure compliance of policies and procedures for office maintenance and services.
• Plan and manage delivery of administrative services incl. government relations and archiving.
• Strategize and supervise office-related services including hospitality, cleaning, safety, and catering.
• Manage facility management and transport contracts with third parties.
• Collaborate with HSE and BCM to enhance safety procedures.
• Oversee procurement needs and coordinate with the Procurement team.
• Monitor KPIs in GS contracts to ensure contractor delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders and support senior leaders with protocol tasks.
• Lead the team and ensure compliance with HSE policies and safe practices.
