Job summary

Enova by Veolia is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee the assigned portfolio, focusing on maintaining and improving building energy services, maintenance, and contract management. You will lead a team, coordinate with service providers, and ensure compliance with QHSE standards to maximize asset performance.

The role requires 6–8 years in technical maintenance within Facilities Management, with UAE experience and CAFM system knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of technical maintenance experience in FM.
• UAE experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of statutory compliances in FM.
• Experience with MEP assets and supervision of technicians.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular site inspections of hard and specialist services.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with service providers.
• Monitor MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports and KPI dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and building rules.
