Job summary

EWEC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Specialist – Facilities Management to supervise office services including facility management, reception, administration, transportation and general services, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.

The role leads a team and supports improvement efforts toward EWEC's strategic goals, coordinating with HSE and BCM, procurement and other stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management and general services specifically in Business Administration, Office Management

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and ensure compliance of policies and procedures covering office maintenance and services, administration services, reception, janitors services and transportation services
• Plan and manage the delivery of administrative services including government relations, employee ID and access cards, courier services, archiving and document control
• Strategize and supervise the delivery of office related services including hospitality services, cleaning services, safety and security services, and catering services
• Manage existing facility management, maintenance and transportation contracts with third parties while planning the future enhancements related to these contracts
• Collaborate with HSE and BCM to implement and enhance security and safety procedures within EWEC premises
• Supervise the management of stationery and other materials required at EWEC and coordinate procurement needs with the Procurement team
• Manage and monitor the KPI in the applicable GS contracts to ensure contractors meet contract KPI and deliverables
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and deliver protocol tasks for CEO and other senior dignitaries
• Lead the team and ensure compliance with all relevant HSE policies and procedures, and complete training on safe working practices to avoid injury and damage to the environment
