Job summary

Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a General Manager – Facilities Management to provide strategic leadership and overall management of its FM business in the UAE. This senior role requires shaping strategy, leading client relationships and driving sustainable growth.

The role encompasses P&L ownership, budgeting, tenders, and ensuring compliance with UAE FM regulations, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements, while building a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Facilities Management experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading large-scale integrated Hard & Soft FM operations.
• Strong track record of P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and profitability improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategic direction, P&L and business performance of the FM company.
• Oversee Hard FM and Soft FM operations across multiple contracts and locations.
• Drive operational excellence, service quality, productivity and profitability.
