Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in facility engineering or related field.
• Age 40 and above.
• Nationalities unrestricted.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of air base facilities.
• Supervise maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive tasks.
• Monitor critical systems: HVAC, generators, UPS, transformers, air compressors, water and fuel systems.
• Lead and supervise Facility Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and subcontractors.
• Prepare maintenance reports and KPIs; contribute to budgets and cost control.
