Seddiqi Holding invites applications for a Facility Manager to oversee all facets of facility management, maintenance, security, and services for commercial and residential properties in Dubai. The role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across buildings to support tenants and employees.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years in FM, a engineering-related degree, strong budgeting skills, and proven leadership in coordinating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Facility Management.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Good budgeting and resource allocation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Building Engineering Operations Plan and FM operations plan.
• Establish SLAs with FM service providers based on plans.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews with contractors and vendors.
• Prepare budgets per property and assess lifecycle costs.
• Present business cases with financial analysis to senior management.
• Lead short/mid/long-term building improvement plans and capital replacements.
• Promote cost optimization and efficiency across buildings.
• Support CAFM software implementation and usage.
• Coordinate with departments to address requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards.
