Job summary

EPG is seeking a driven Business Development professional to grow Total Facilities Management opportunities across the UAE. You will cover FM, hard and soft services, and lead bidding coordination with tenders and RFPs.

You will build relationships with facilities and procurement decision-makers, manage the opportunity pipeline in CRM, and coordinate renewal strategies with Facility Managers. UAE market knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within the Facilities Management sector.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from lead to contract.
• Knowledge of hard services (MEP) and soft services (cleaning).
• Ability to navigate UAE developer and owners' association markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and market coverage for FM, Total FM, and cleaning across the UAE.
• Track tender boards and RFP portals to coordinate bid submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with facilities and procurement decision-makers.
• Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline in CRM and report weekly against targets.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing portfolios.
• Monitor competitor activity and market pricing trends.
• Support contract renewal strategies in coordination with Facility Managers.
