Job summary

Amazon's Fulfillment Center in Abu Dhabi seeks a Facilities Coordinator in Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) to lead the maintenance team, manage external contractors, and ensure high equipment availability. You will drive proactive maintenance and safety compliance across operations.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating training, and developing AMCs while maintaining performance metrics and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and mentor the team, ensuring safe, standard and efficient work.
• Collaborate with the network to leverage technical expertise and build solutions.
• Maintain Asset Performance Management (APM) metrics and improve KPIs.
• Assist Safety and Site Leadership to implement safety and compliance programs.
• Organize training and ensure adequate technical coverage across shifts.
• Develop and manage maintenance contracts (AMCs) with service levels.
