Amazon is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Dubai within Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME). The role leads external contractors, supports on-call emergencies, and drives multiple daily projects to meet timelines.

You will coach the maintenance team and drive both reactive and proactive services across the FC’s facilities and equipment. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, improving KPIs, and coordinating AMCs while ensuring high equipment availability to support

Qualificações

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and controls.
• Understanding of facility maintenance processes and CMMS.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support and mentor the team to operate safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on maintenance work.
• Maintain Asset Performance Management (APM) metrics and improve KPIs.
• Support Safety and Site Leadership to ensure compliance and safe operations.
• Implement preventative maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Organize training and ensure adequate coverage for shifts.
• Oversee local projects and AMET-level initiatives as assigned.
• Derive practical engineering solutions and supervise personnel.
• Oversee automated equipment, packaging lines, sortation and conveyors.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and manage AMCs with service levels for equipment.
• Direct Maintenance Supervisors & Technicians, with staffing plans.
