Job summary

Alabbar Group, a leading façade specialist headquartered in Dubai, seeks a Senior Structural Façade Engineer to lead design and calculation work for complex curtain wall systems. You will ensure drawings reflect engineering intent, prepare concept-stage reports, and collaborate with design teams to deliver coordinated solutions for high-rise projects.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and proficiency with FEA tools and CAD/3D modelling software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Professional licensure or equivalent certification is preferred.
5–8 years of experience in structural design for façade or curtain wall systems.
Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed structural calculations for façade and building enclosure systems.
Ensure drawings align with system design and engineering intent.
Prepare schematics, sketches, and preliminary reports for concept-stage design.
Collaborate with design leaders to deliver coordinated solutions.
Participate in technical meetings and design workshops with senior staff.
Support site activities, including testing and inspections, as required.
