Job summary

Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai is seeking an experienced F&B Team Leader to supervise the service operation within the restaurant during shifts. You will aim for high guest satisfaction, cost efficiency, and profitability while complying with policies and budgets.

You will organize pre-shift meetings, ensure appearance and conduct standards, and collaborate with related departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and a minimum of three years food and beverage service background.
• Experience supervising staff and guiding service teams.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize pre-shift and departmental meetings to share occupancy, menu changes, schedules and tasks.
• Supervise service operation during shifts to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure groomed appearance and professional conduct of team members.
• Coordinate with Guest Relations, Front Office and other departments for seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu to answer guest inquiries and train new staff.
• Attend training sessions and support in idea generation for service improvements.
