Four Points by Sheraton Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road is seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to ensure seamless guest service. You will lead staff, enforce grooming standards, and ensure tasks from opening to closing run smoothly.

Responsibilities include inventory, safety compliance, assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, and safeguarding assets. A strong team player with a focus on guest well-being and genuine hospitality is ideal.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilités

• Ensure staff teamwork to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties including set-up, cleaning, and stock requisition.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching staff.
