Job summary

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking an engaging Specialty Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily service and guide a dedicated team in delivering personalized dining experiences for members and guests.

You will supervise operations, coach staff, maintain product knowledge, and ensure consistent service excellence while partnering with Culinary and Beverage teams to uphold club standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, F&B, or related field.
• 3–5 years restaurant/F&B experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and hands-on coaching.
• Knowledge of elevated dining service and trends.
• Commercial awareness to support revenue and efficiency.
