Job summary

Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina is seeking a Non-Management, full-time team member to ensure top-notch guest service and smooth dining room operations. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining grooming standards, managing inventories, and supporting management in training and scheduling.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming, attire and rectify deficiencies; manage opening/closing duties.
• Inspect storage areas, inventory, and requisition supplies; monitor dining room service and safety.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
• Follow safety, security policies; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
