Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties including inventory and supplies.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and guest well-being.
