Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking an efficient, passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, supervising daily F&B operations, and supporting revenue through upselling in a dynamic hotel setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in F&B, supervisory experience in hospitality, and knowledge of POS systems. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience with proven bar operations knowledge.
• Supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly, and personalized guest experience in line with Holiday Inn and IHG standards.
• Supervise F&B colleagues during daily operations to ensure teamwork and service excellence.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar operations to support guest needs.
• Monitor beverage sales, inventory levels, and wastage to maximize profitability.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and compliance with financial procedures.
• Maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, and ambience to create an enjoyable guest environment.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and health and safety standards.
