Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily outlets, uphold service standards, and drive guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience with proven bar operations knowledge.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly, personalized guest experiences in line with Holiday Inn and IHG standards.
• Supervise daily F&B operations and support the team to maintain service excellence.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar operations.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor outlet presentation, cleanliness and ambiance to enhance guest experience.
• Assist in upselling beverages, promotions, and menu items to increase revenue.
