Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, seeks an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will bridge the Senior F&B Managers and front-line teams, communicating F&B matters accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Kitchen and Stewarding, conducting regular trainings per SOPs, handling guest concerns, and upholding brand standards to drive excellence in service.

Competenze

• College/university graduate.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Act as the communication link between Senior F&B Managers and the team.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Stewarding to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct regular training sessions per departmental SOPs.
• Assist in handling guest complaints and report incidents to Outlet Manager.
• Uphold Standards and Procedures and coach staff to maximize productivity.
