Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a dynamic food & beverage supervisor to lead a diverse team in a fast‑paced Dubai hotel. You will drive guest satisfaction by coordinating service, monitoring standards, and ensuring safety and hygiene compliance.

Use strong communication to coach staff, manage inventories via FIFO, and support hiring, training and scheduling. A premium, guest‑centric environment and career development opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage supervision or leadership roles.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills and professional language usage.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and inventory management (FIFO).
• Ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and professionalism.

Responsibilities
