Job summary

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking energetic banquet staff to deliver exceptional service across events. You will communicate service needs to chefs and stewards, set tables, ensure readiness of banquet spaces, and welcome guests in line with Marriott standards.

• Prepare and present checks to group contacts for payment
• Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
• Set tables according to event type and service standards
• Communicate dietary needs, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
