Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi seeks a stewarding professional to ensure smooth kitchen operations and hygiene standards. You will schedule kitchen attendants, support inventory, and assist the Chief Steward with requisitions to deliver a flawless guest experience.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and strong English communication. You will contribute to safety compliance, pressure handling, and collaboration across outlets to uphold Farah’s values in a premium hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in the same role or 4 years as Steward/kitchen helper in a Five Star hotel or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and with a team.
• Good English skills, written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and leadership potential.

Responsabilités

• Display a friendly, helpful attitude while communicating with guests and colleagues.
• Promote the brand image of Miral Experiences to stakeholders.
• Help achieve department and company objectives and KPIs.
• Enforce UAE laws and health, safety and environmental policies; report safety concerns.
• Adhere to emergency procedures and participate in evacuations when required.
• Clean kitchen areas.
• Order kitchen cleaning supplies.
• Maintain inventory of crockeries and cutleries across kitchens.
• Assist in preparing and posting weekly stewarding schedules reflecting business needs.
