Qualifications

• Background in hotel/F&B industry, with at least 1 year as a Service Attendant in a 3-star or higher property.
• Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner.
• Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and upselling all products.
• Liaise with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and verify guest age requirements for alcohol.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
• Maintain stock and handle point-of-sale transactions; keep outlet clean at all times.
• Follow Health and Safety policies and train new team members.
