Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit as required.
• Knowledge of ala carte menus and beverages; English fluency essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly service in line with brand standards.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service across outlets.
• Know menu items, wine and beverage lists, and upsell confidently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in dining and service areas.
