Job summary

Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will maintain a clean dining area, handle payments, and ensure service standards align with Holiday Inn brand. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus, and previous similar roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are an added advantage.
• Alcohol awareness and handling, and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law.
• Training in Food & Beverage preparations.
• High school certificate or diploma.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Commit to providing customers with excellent service and embody Holiday Inn service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and team members.
