Job summary

leading-edge in Dubai seeks an Expansion & Business Development Manager F&B to lead restaurant expansion across the UAE. You will drive site selection, liaise with mall management and developers, and oversee design, pre-opening, and handover for new branches.

The ideal candidate has proven Dubai F&B launch experience, deep market knowledge of high-footfall areas, and strong negotiation and project management skills. English fluency is essential; Arabic a plus. Travel within UAE/GCC expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in launching restaurants or cafés in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate and F&B sector, especially in high-footfall areas.
• Solid financial acumen in restaurant operations and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential locations using market insights and data.
• Liaise with mall managements, real estate developers, and property consultants.
• Oversee all phases of branch development: scouting, negotiations, design, pre-opening, and handover.
• Prepare feasibility studies with financial projections and ROI analysis.
• Analyze site performance based on competitor benchmarks and demographics.
• Coordinate with internal teams: design, operations, and marketing.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and government authorities.
• Track F&B trends and monitor competitor strategies.
• Report key KPIs and updates to leadership.
