Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead F&B retail expansion across Dubai. You will identify growth opportunities, secure prime locations, and build relationships with landlords and developers to support new store openings.

The role requires at least 6 years in F&B retail leasing, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of Dubai's retail market. You will coordinate with internal teams to move opportunities from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 6+ years of business development experience in F&B retail leasing and expansion.
• Experience in site acquisition and negotiating leases with landlords or developers.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s retail market and factors making an F&B location viable.
• Ability to conduct market assessments, evaluate site costs, and prepare business cases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential locations for new F&B outlets across Dubai.
• Lead site selection, including location visits, commercial assessments, and recommendations.
• Negotiate lease terms and commercial agreements with landlords, developers, and retail partners.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies covering customer demand, competition, footfall, and location costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, mall operators, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare business cases and present expansion opportunities to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support lease approvals, store planning, and opening timelines.
• Monitor the retail market and identify opportunities that support the company’s growth strategy.
