JAYGEE SUN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT L.L.C is seeking a knowledgeable Property Consultant specializing in the F&B sector to identify ideal spaces for restaurants, bars, and cafes in Dubai. The role focuses on connecting food concepts with strategic locations and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will research markets, build strong client relationships, and guide clients through viewings, listings, and negotiations while staying compliant with UAE real estate regulations.

Formación

• Knowledge of F&B sector real estate and site selection for restaurants/bars/cafes.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient negotiation to secure favorable terms in commercial deals.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance aspects in UAE real estate (F&B focus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
