Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Experience in all aspects of restaurant service.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Excellent leader and trainer with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team effectively and productively.
• Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Should be able to stand under the sun for longer hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and plans in the day-to-day management of the outlet.
• Be a leader with a great front-of-house presence and inspire your team.
• Collaborate with the DOFB and Head Chef on strategic planning and success of the outlet.
• Ensure actions to achieve short- and long-term goals/objectives are taken.
• Manage budget including direct and indirect costs.
• Lead, inspire and motivate the outlet team to maintain stability, productivity and loyalty.
• Communicate policies, procedures and standards and ensure understanding and adherence by all team members.
• Recruit and train team members and manage/develop the management team.
• Communicate regularly with staff through meetings, conversations and coaching.
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a figurehead for the outlet.
• Deliver the highest standard of guest service consistently.
• Ensure stock levels, stock rotation and supplier relations are well managed.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
